The BASIC version includes all functionality except the user can only create 400 events per calendar.  Each date that an event appears will count towards the 400 limit.  For example, an event that repeats every month for a year will count as 12 events.  Users of this version will need to delete older events to make room for more future events.  Note you can create an unlimited number of separate calendars but each individual calendar is limited to 400 events.  So your choir calendar could have 400 events while your liturgical calendar would have a separate 400 events.

The UNLIMITED version gives you the ability to create any number of events in any number of calendars.  This is the easiest version to maintain as you're not required to delete old events.

The purchase of either version of Church Calendar Software entitles you to 30 days of voice support and 12 months of updates.
